My Plus ChatGPT Account is not integrated with dall-E3 even though it says it HAS

I feel that OpenAI support is totally managed by robot or non-responsive, non-productive staffs (your complaint goes unnoticed or ignored for weeks, even months), so here I am in this forum, hoping that anyone who experiences the same with me can share their stories.

I already notified customer support to no avail. Can I check with others who have plus subscription? Can they use Dall-e3 (integrated) in their chatGPT?
