I’ve been trialling ChatGPT support for my MCP application, with some success, except in the last few days it’s started to fail when refreshing tools with a cryptic error:
POST /aip/connectors/mcp/refresh_actions (actual link removed)
response: {“detail”:“Connector is not safe”}
There’s been no change to the connector and I’m not aware of any change which would make it unsafe in any way. Using OAuth and Streamable HTTP. Help?
