Hi, since a few days I’m getting en error on my vector store file search about the limit. To increase number os results, I had it set to 200 using the Responses API. But now I’m getting a tools.max_num_results error telling me that a value of maximum 50 was expected. Did something change in this configuration? Did OpenAI lower the maximum?
