Mathematical formulas containing Chinese characters appear garbled in the ChatGPT Android app

When using the ChatGPT Android app, if mathematical formulas contain Chinese characters, they display as garbled text. This issue does not occur in the web version.

seems fixed on recent update, but some inline formula still garbled here.

I was wondering the same thing, and those are ’t actual Chinese characters, as if ChatGPT made them up, these just popped up in my chat…
