Markdown engine doesn't render line breaks in tables

I have been having issues with this for awhile, but I haven’t see it explicitly mentioned anywhere.

ChatGPT’s interface does not render tables correctly when there are line breaks in single cells
.

Incredibly frustrating, as every other markdown tool I have is fine with the format returned by GPT-4.

Confirmed by copying the table into markdown editors from the output.

Having same issue. It was working for a while and now it isn’t again

This is strange. <br> AFAIK isn’t markdown. A newline in markdown is \. Looks like the model is a bit confused?
