As projects cannot be deleted, what is the policy around data removal for projects that have been archived?
It appears that the policies and terms have not been updated to reflect this situation.

Well, I guess you can argue that there is no need to define it at the project level given the applicable data retention depends on the endpoints you are using: https://platform.openai.com/docs/models/default-usage-policies-by-endpoint
Those would apply independent of whether a project is archived or not. But perhaps I am misunderstanding the concern?

It’s probably a naming issue. Archiving implies that the data still exists somewhere.
But I agree with @jr.2509 that the usual retention policies apply regardless.
