Hey community,
Did you know Google has released a free prompt engineering guide?
Here’s the link: 22365_3_Prompt Engineering_v7 (1).pdf - Google Drive
I took it a step further and made a simple learning plan based on that guide. You can follow it day by day to learn how to write better prompts easily.
Here’s the prompt to use:
" Here is the prompt engineering guide released by Google.
I want to learn from this guide and master all the topics covered in it.
So, what you need to do is explain this guide in simple, easy-to-understand language so I can grasp its concepts and also provide reasonable examples.
You can even do it in a storytelling way so I can absorb and remember the information for a long time.
You can also create formulas and frameworks to make it easier for me to apply what I’ve learned in real-life situations.
Also, I need to feel that I’m growing my knowledge while executing the tasks learned from this guide.
For the human mind, it creates a lot of friction to learn and apply new things, so guide me with a proper learning path and plan.
Give me a bite-sized plan that I should follow every day to learn step by step.
Is there anything I missed?"
Feel free to improve it if you have better ideas.
Just upload Google’s prompting guide in Chatgpt, and follow the steps. If you stay consistent for 10–15 days, you’ll have a solid grip on prompt writing.
If you need any help or want to talk about it, feel free to message me. Just sharing what’s been working for me.
