We have been successful in forcing the JSON Object, so we can parse the output into our web application. However, we also wanted to add a file in the knowledge base. However, we cannot enable JSON Object and File Search at the same time. How can we have both enabled without an issue? Do we need to add a function?

Thanks for the note @sps! However, I am not sure what that means from a technical standpoint. Can we write a function that connects to an external service or do all of the instructions need to be written as a function in order to add file search?

Nope! There is a change in the UI now, but still, the same limitation is present.
