Issue with open AI API Integration

Hi,

I need assistance with OpenAI API integration. I have the API (with GPT-4 model) and credentials, and I’ve completed the integration. However, I’ve noticed that the API provides incorrect responses for the same prompt, whereas GPT-4 gives the correct response. Could you please help me identify if I missed something?
