Problem Description:
We were working with the GPT-4o model when a pop-up appeared indicating that the memory was full. Immediately, the model lost track of the conversation and automatically switched to the Mini model. I asked the model to refer back to our previous conversation, but it was unable to retrieve or continue it. While the memory was full, the chat failed to recognize any new conversations, repeatedly displaying the message, “How can I assist you?” even when starting new chats.
Additionally, when we tried to start a new chat, the “memory full” message appeared duplicated at the top (in the header). We are attaching three images that illustrate the issue.
