Is there any API where we can convert an image to HTML, the image might contain the design of the HTML Page?

You want a screenshot from a website or do you want an image as e.g. a table where each pixel is represented by a table data field with a background color?

Input: Mockup of a website
Output: The HTML of the desired website

Maybe Microsoft’s Sketchtocode might be something like that.
As far as i remember Greg Brockman actually showed something like this in the live stream of the presentation of GPT-4 - “multimodal”.

I guess they got other more important stuff to do atm (plugins, scaling up, …).
