Is OpenAI charing me wrong?

I’m very confused about the pricing. I just started using the API with the GPT-3.5-turbo-0613 and GPT-3.5-turbo-1106 models. According to pricing documentation, you should be charged 0.001USD input and 0.002USD per 1K tokens.
The problems is, I havent even used 1K tokens, and I’m being charged 100 times that.

Such dangerous pricing. What’s happening here?

How exactly did you get the output you present on the screenshot? The problem is most probably in it because while there may be some discrepancies, their order is is waaay smaller.
