I’m very interested in viewing the queries generated by the assistant when using the file_search with a vector store. Is there a place where this is logged?
I can see custom function execution in the Thread UI but there’s nothing for the file_search interactions.

Might be part of their “secret sauce” which is improving.
OK, just making sure I didn’t miss anything. I know it’s still in beta so hopefully this will be future instrumentation they will add.

No, to my knowledge this is unfortunately not possible. It would be great if we were able to see the whole search process somewhere in the logs or run steps to see the actual search queries (msearch) and also the search results, and even better, be able to fine tune with these parameters. But currently this is not really possible. Hopefully they will add it.
