Hi, i am using DALLE-3 via OpenAI api key. I can generate images as text to image but I also want to give reference image to create better images. Is it possible? if it is, how can I do that?

Has there been any update for this feature? Is it being considered, or in the works?
In ChatGPT, I see you can upload image, for example a headshot of someone, and ask it to create a cartoon version from that image. It will then create a very accurate cartoon representation of that image. Is that perhaps the feature slowly making its way to the public? Or is there another approach which is being used?
