I’ve encountered an issue in the ChatGPT-4o model where a certain request causes an infinite response loop. Below are the request details and response template:

I asked ChatGPT-4o to write a small server application.
After ChatGPT-4o wrote a small server application.
In the next request, I asked ChatGPT-4o to export this response as a PDF file.
As a result, ChatGPT-4o entered an infinite loop. This was expressed by ChatGPT-4o writing code to create a document in which it copied the current page. But as the current page grew larger, ChatGPT-4o did not stop printing the response.
