Improving ChatGPT with a notes feature

So this is about my recent chat with ChatGPT. I just came accross a problem that ChatGpt and other AI models are at learning stage and also getting updated every other second, which means their response to a same question can lead to a different answer every other day.
Sometimes this can be a problem to a user who is taking the model seriously for their benefits, may it be an advice or a suggestion, for let’s say their career or any other work.

I recommend ChatGpt to get a “notes” section in their app itself, which will let users save certain questions.

Also if AI accept at any point that it does not have answer to a question, it can give a user option to note that question in their notes . And whenever AI gets answer or any important update regarding any keyword in the notes, it can ask the user if they want to get update on their previous question being stored in notes or user can get a “update my question’s answer” button in their notes section.

Plus, AI can provide give rewards to the person who comes accross new and unique questions that help AI to get more better.

Welcome to the community, and congrats on your first post! :sparkles:

I really resonate with your suggestion. I also use ChatGPT actively in my daily life and work, and I’ve faced similar issues when answers change over time. Having a “notes” feature, as you suggested, would be extremely helpful for managing important questions and advice.

Personally, I’m very interested in ChatGPT having some kind of long-term memory as well. Such a feature would allow users to build deeper relationships with AI and significantly expand its practical applications. Additionally, notifications about updated answers to previously saved questions would be incredibly convenient.

Thanks for the great suggestion!
