Important GPT-4 API clarifications

I was recently accepted into the GPT-4 API and I have some important questions that I think should be clarified:

  1. Am I still charged for tokens used during the Beta? If so, what is the rate?
  2. Am I able to fine-tune a GPT-4 model? If so, would I also be able to access it from the OpenAI Playground?
