This is exactly what happened to me. But I was able to get a full refund by complaining to their chat function
Now I understand why when I tried to login in the real website it couldn’t recognize me as a Pro user. Unfortunately I bought it in December so I don’t think I will be refunded anyway I tried today sending a complaining email.
Anyone has suggestions about the email content that has produced a refund?
I used Paypal so they shouldn’t have details about my payment method
How did you find that other page? A Google search? Then I would suggest you call Google - because they should make their page safe.
I was scammed as well and wasn’t able to cancel. But my charge was for $119.98 some how they were able to charge my payment multiple times. Chat GPT, You should do something about the sites that are scamming with your name. We all represent someone who would have paid for your services.
I don’t know why you think that page has anything to do with ChatGPT or OpenAI.
It is a service called chatbot. That is a legit service.
