I have paid for a monthly subscription but my account has not been upgraded to premium. Can you help me and why is my account not premium yet. If this is a scam, can I get my money back? This is exactly what happened to me. But I was able to get a full refund by complaining to their chat function

Now I understand why when I tried to login in the real website it couldn’t recognize me as a Pro user. Unfortunately I bought it in December so I don’t think I will be refunded anyway I tried today sending a complaining email.
Anyone has suggestions about the email content that has produced a refund?
I used Paypal so they shouldn’t have details about my payment method

How did you find that other page? A Google search? Then I would suggest you call Google - because they should make their page safe.

I was scammed as well and wasn’t able to cancel. But my charge was for $119.98 some how they were able to charge my payment multiple times. Chat GPT, You should do something about the sites that are scamming with your name. We all represent someone who would have paid for your services.

It is a service called chatbot. That is a legit service.

You can use it.

I experienced a service interruption, and the same thing happened to me. It was the first one when I went to Google. I need help. Can you please contact me? I need real information on whether I need to get a new card. This is totally awful

I got caught in this scam as well. Apparently it is extremely good at not crossing the line of breaking rules. Seems they have been doing this for years and scamming tons of people. I did a chargeback and it got reversed. I am so pissed. I wish there was some way to put them out of business. I want to hurt that company so bad.

What? Why is that? They are so called competitors. If you want to buy water from nestle but buy it from blubwater… then it is your fault not the fault of blubwater.
