I get a perpetual "The job failed due to an internal error" message

Hi :). I ran this a tuning job yesterday just fine. Today, I added 2 more lines to the JSONL.

My JSONL file was validated successfully, the job starts, and after a rather long time I get repeated “The job failed due to an internal error” messages. It seems to die after about 3 minutes each time:
