I’ve been trying to access the gpt chat service for over a week but I can’t. The message in the screenshot above always appears. I already did the recommended procedures to try to resolve the problem, but it didn’t work. I really need gpt chat and I always use it, strictly complying with its policy with good practices. I don’t do anything that goes against your guidelines. I am a paid user and one of the first to use this fantastic tool since its inception. I urgently need a solution. I understand the overload of the platform, which makes it unstable at times, but apparently that’s not the problem here, since I’ve been without access for many days.
