I am uploading a Word document to ChatGPT, and within the document, I highlight important sections using text highlight colors and font colors. I want it to focus on and base its analysis considering these markings, but it currently lacks this capability. Please enable ChatGPT to recognize and utilize these Word features for more efficient work with Word documents.

This isn’t something it can do. You could take a screenshot and say to pay close attention to the highlighted text, however that would be very inefficient and probably not a solution for longer texts.

Instead what you could do is edit the original text to maybe have IMPORTANT before and after the important section, and you tell ChatGPT that these markers indicate an important section that it should focus on.
