I am not able create a fine tuning model using gpt 4o mini

It says that I need to be a Tier 4 user to be able to fine tune using this model and at the same time this model is being recommended to me

You must be at least tier 4 to fine tune gpt-4o-mini.

Hi @elmstedt, I get the following error though am a tier5 user. Can you help us out please?

Try generating a new API key.

If you are using an API which was generated before,

  1. Qualifying for at least Tier 4, or
  2. gpt-4o-mini fine-tuning was made available

you may run into issues starting a fine-tuning job.
