I haven’t seen this topic elsewhere so I wanted to ask here, If I’m working on an integration and want to get OpenAI to not respond on purpose, does anyone have ideas on how to go about that through the prompt or maybe some other setting on the assistants website? Thanks for taking a look.
Just don’t send a request to the API in the first place. This is the easiest solution.
I think it does still answer, whether you send just 1 letter, literally say “Please don’t answer.”, or anything similar.
I don’t think this is possible, what are you trying to achieve? Maybe there is a clever workaround.

I did not test it with API, but with ChatGPT.
I never done this before.
Interesting, it does not reply and there is no ChatGPT’s logo if respond is BLANK.
