Many good in the thread…what I did not see is telling it what NOT to do. I have had good luck by explicitly telling it NOT to make up answers, NOT to use any knowledge other than my KB repository, NOT to provide answers without a reference to a URL in my index, and NOT to provide any answer without a link to XYZ URL for more info…for example.
