How to download the file that comes from annotations?

Has anyone managed to download the file or save the file that returns in the annotations item on the machine, as it contains the file_id among other information, such as the sandbox file path:/mnt/data/Resumo_Processo_7008758-67.2022.8.22.0007.pdf. But I couldn’t pull this file to my server
