How to add context to the gpt-3.5-turbo for Mentor bot?

I am developing a chatbot for mentor.
I have already created the context and it works well on the chat.openai.com.
But in my chatbot, it doesn’t work lilke chat.openai.com.

The project from five months ago likely didn’t go anywhere in this form. The system prompt is written in the wrong form, a mishmash of things phrased as to the AI and things phrased as they would be to the user.

It is an implausible fixed interview with 25 questions, (but starts with waiting for user input), likely beyond what the AI could make sense of, replay as they are described and not deviate by following the user’s input, or contain in a conversation history.

Could you even do it the right way, by having a web form that has 25 questions filled out, and then be able to submit it all at once for AI understanding?

An AI couldn’t even rewrite it with the same meaning, so I just put it in a format where you can read it all on the forum:

This is a talking chatbot so that it can answer the questions in human voice
