How much tokens for API integration with Lemlist

Hi,

I’m a complete newbie when it comes to anything AI tech related. Simple question:

I do sales and use Lemlist for cold emailing. It has an option of integrating ChatGPT through API key for the purpose of personalizing the approach. You can set ChatGPT to summarizer person’s company info, role, and other things, in order to make email as personalized as possible.

You provide it with a prompt, GPT scrapes already provided data from Lemlist (company info, description, role, title, etc), and gives you an output in the form of a 5-10 word sentence related to that person’s specifics.

How do I know how many tokens do I need for such an operation, what billing limit should I set, and how do I even begin from here? I read that the maximum limit I can have as a "free’ or “tier 1” is $100/mo, is that going to be enough?

Subsequently, since I learned token limits are related to an organization or a project, a team of 8 people (including myself) will be using the same integration for the same purpose.

Please help out, but use English that I can understand as I’m no developer or have too much open AI knowledge.

Sample prompt I’d use:

I am a salesperson who needs to understand the company quickly.

Describe the company in one concise sentence, based on the input variable {{companyDomain}}. If this variable isn’t available, use the information you find in {{companyDescription}}.

Don’t mention the company name, just give a simple description of what the company does.

Don’t mention the ICP in this section. Keep it super specific to the company summary.

Don’t output with quotes

Make the output a maximum of 8 words.

Keep the tone neutral. Write all in lower case.

You can use the main value prop from the website/company description.

The goal is to write a phrase that resonates closely with the end user reading the description about their company.

They should think ‘wow, this person did their research about my company!’

Make sure the output fits grammatically in the sentence:
“Getting people interested in [insert description summary] isn’t the easiest thing in the world.”

Add (brackets) to some of the information in the second half of the summary. Make sure it still makes grammatical sense.

Input:
{{companyDomain}}
{{companyDescription}}

Output:
