Hello, I apologize if this is not the right place to ask this question, but I’m curious about something. I’d like to know how many tokens ChatGPT 4.0 Plus has. This is the service that costs $20 per month and uses GPT-4 with text input capability. I have searched online for 30 minutes and I can’t find a definitive answer as of June 20, 2023. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you in advance. Hello, I apologize if this is not the right place to ask this question, but I’m curious about something. GPT-4 has an 8,096 token context length, nothing has changed there.
Thank you very much for the reply. I appreciate it. That really sucks. I wish they would change that. that really sucks. Is there a way or a tool that I could use? That would basically be the equivalent of that interface, but pulling from the API.
Unless you get access to GPT-4-32k even through the API you’ll be limited to 8k.
Processing costs for inference scale with the square of the length of the context window, so you can expect the 32k model will cost roughly 16x as much.
Has this been updated (posting 20/7/23). It seems like ChatGPT 4 currently has the same or even less tokens than the free version.
With the latest July 20 version, is GPT-4 still at 8,096 token context length?
If the context-length changed there would be a very large announcement to that effect,
