Not for me unfortunately It really make the most simplest mistake and don’t follow the rules set, or you have to spend prompt after prompt to get it to do what you want. Same sample chat I used before still exactly applicable and 3.5 looks better to me, and when I say better I mean in terms of following instructions and following through what it says.
