Has ChatGPT4 been forgetting more in the last few days?

This evening I gave it a 400-word character profile, then gave it 3 more of a similar length, so well under the usual token count, and when I asked some questions to check it had the knowlege, it had no memory of my first character.

It definitely has been. It will continuously ask for information I have already given it in my last 2 messages and will not follow custom instructions correctly either.

Now it even loses memory in the middle of answer, asking if I can repeat the question. It is getting worse all the time. Overselling ;(
