GPT4 speed has collapsed for the first time in 6 months. Since last week it is incredibly slow, I have waited 20 -30 seconds for each request. Anyone is encountering the same issue?

When GPT 4 turbo was first revealed, times were almost instant (~1-2s for with calling functions). Now it’s ~6s for us even being on the highest tier possible.
