GPT4 Simple translation with format cannot finish currently

I was a subscriber before the launch of GPT-4, but now GPT-4 can’t even handle such parallel translation. However, this prompt used to work on ChatGPT.

I found that the problem, GPT-4 tends to forget the things entered in the prompt before this, even though you can input so many characters.
