GPT4 performance has gone downhill

Did anyone else notice that GPT-4 used to be really good at sticking to instructions and not losing track of what we were talking about? Nowadays, it seems to be slipping all the time, not following directions and ignoring the conversation context. It’s a real bummer, considering how sharp it was at the start. I’m sick of having to correct it all the time.
