Any idea when they smarter GPT4 will return , the current one is dumb , I felt they optimized for cost effectiveness to operate the model but made the model stupid

What issues are you facing, with which model?
My goto was gpt-4-0314, but I feel like gpt-4-1106-preview is good enough for most use cases.
But it’s possible that since our understanding of prompting and self-guided problem solving evolved, we can achieve more with “dumber” models now than we could back then.
Or are you talking about ChatGPT?
I can’t speak to that, I canceled my subscription and I think everyone else should too. But that’s just my opinion.
