GPT premium have been paid twice, but my account is not a premium account

Same problem, I tried emailing support center, but they seem to ignore it. Later, I tried to communicate with them about billing in customer service, but again, I was ignored. Although the chatbot said it would contact me on Monday, it did not. I found them to be very arrogant.
