When the forum was locked at first no one posted for 16 hours then they changed it to staff only and if you notice a few non staff slipped in and posted but quickly were forced back out. @LarisaHaster liked @DysTopia post right as they posted it. I saw other non staff also post at that time, I figure it was a glitch when they opened forum back up to staff since the time matches..
