GPT-4-1106-Preview isn't quite working - evidence within

Upon asking GPT-4-1106-Preview questions about it’s model, context window token limit and it’s training knowledge cut off, it seems to think it’s the standard GPT-4 model.

I’ll assume I’m doing something wrong here as I haven’t found anyone else report this.

GPT doesn’t usually have a great deal of metacognition about its own specifications.
