I’ve been working on a governance architecture framework that defines strict, deterministic boundaries for intelligence systems.
It is non-executable by design, holds zero decision authority, and enforces fail-silent behavior whenever uncertainty or risk crosses defined limits.
The goal is not to make AI more powerful, but to make its limits explicit, auditable, and institutionally enforceable.
This kind of boundary-first architecture may be essential for finance, healthcare, and other regulated environments where “not acting” can be the safest and most responsible outcome.
