Getting "unhandled errors in a TaskGroup (1 sub-exception)" error when connecting/refreshing Development ChatGPT App

Hi there,

When trying to connect or refresh a development ChatGPT App using ChatGPT Apps SDK, it shows “unhandled errors in a TaskGroup (1 sub-exception)” error. Check different ChatGPT development Apps, they are the same.

Thanks in advanced to looking at this issue.
