When trying to connect or refresh a development ChatGPT App using ChatGPT Apps SDK, it shows “unhandled errors in a TaskGroup (1 sub-exception)” error. Check different ChatGPT development Apps, they are the same.

Hello, I started seeing this error today - first when I refreshed an existing app, and then any time I tried to add a custom ChatGPT app. The app itself works just fine in inspector, and I don’t see any errors on my server.
When I inspect the network to see what is happening, I see a ‘424 Failed Dependency’ on a POST request to “backend-api/aip/connectors/mcp”
