Feature Request: From Answer Machine to AI Mentor — Read First, Analyze, Then Interpret
I propose that AI systems should examine the exact wording, preserve ambiguity, consider alternative interpretations, distinguish observations from assumptions, verify conclusions, and support human thinking rather than replace it. Premature interpretation can produce fluent but fundamentally incorrect answers. These principles should be implemented as measurable behavioral requirements and tested with ambiguous expressions, wordplay, paradoxes, and incomplete technical or scientific problems.
The goal is AI as a mentor: a reliable partner that helps people ask better questions, recognize relationships, identify errors, and develop independent judgment.
Guiding principle: Read first. Analyze next. Interpret afterward. Verify before answering.
