Yes, the different symptoms, refusal on Chat Completions and failure on Responses seem to be now mitigated with a ft:gpt-4.1 AI model - on day 12.
ft:gpt-4.1-mini - Still broken/wrong on Responses!
or on Chat Completions, same refusal: Error: this model does not support vision. What was denied before.
ft:gpt-4o-mini - same symptoms still
My models also seem to be working ok, thank you! (gpt-4.1 only)
