Does anyone know when Open AI will open up davinci-002 model to be fine-tuned?

I don’t think it works that way. DAVINCI-002 is already a finetuned model with several other customizations (such as higher token limit), and so far as I know, finetuning can only be done on base models. I could be wrong, maybe it’s just a matter of unfreezing DAVINCI-002. However, since we don’t know exactly how it was finetuned, it might be hard to predict how it would behave with subsequent finetuning runs.
