I’m having an issue where my GPT-4o assistant can search files in my vector store but when I switch to GPT-4, it will no longer search for files within the vector store.
I have also tried creating a new assistant with the same vector store but now with GPT-4 and still won’t search the files.
I am having the exact same issue. Is not using specific information in vector store files in GPT-4-Turbo but when change to GPT-4-o it works. Weirdly when I tell Turbo to check vector files it gives me the correct answer. I even tried adding ‘check vector store files before responding’ to the prompt but doesn’t work. Help please?
