I’d like to suggest adding a sidebar progress indicator to the ChatGPT interface — similar to what you see in forums powered by NodeBB. This could be a great way to visually track the length of a conversation and quickly navigate between different parts.

That said, I’m not a developer, and I’m sure if the OpenAI team implemented this natively, it would look and perform far better.
