Currently, ChatGPT allows users to delete conversations individually or delete all conversations at once. However, there is no convenient option to select and delete multiple specific conversations while keeping the ones we want.
I would love to see the following features added:

Multi-Select Chats: Add checkboxes next to conversations so users can select multiple chats at once.

Delete Selected: Provide a button to delete only the selected conversations.

Keep Unchecked Chats: Ensure conversations that are not selected remain completely untouched.

Select All / Deselect All: Allow users to quickly select all conversations and uncheck the important ones they want to keep.

Deletion Confirmation: Before deleting, display a confirmation message showing how many conversations will be deleted and warning that deletion cannot be undone.

Mobile and Desktop Support: Make this feature available across the ChatGPT website, desktop app, and mobile apps.
Why This Feature Matters
Over time, users can accumulate hundreds of conversations. Deleting unwanted chats individually is time-consuming, while deleting all chats risks losing valuable conversations, projects, and information.
A bulk-selection feature would give users more control over their chat history and make ChatGPT easier to organize.
I hope the OpenAI team will consider adding this feature in a future update.
