Feature Request: Integrated Conversation Sharing and Direct Messaging in ChatGPT
Hello OpenAI Development Team,
I would like to suggest two improvements to ChatGPT.
1. Integrated Conversation Sharing
Allow users to share conversations with other ChatGPT users directly. Instead of relying entirely on external applications, users could share conversations within ChatGPT.
2. Direct Messaging Between Users
Introduce an optional messaging system that allows ChatGPT users to communicate with one another.
Possible features include:
- Private messaging.
- Message requests and acceptance.
- Blocking and reporting users.
- Privacy controls.
- The ability to share conversations through messages.
Why would this be useful?
These features could make ChatGPT more collaborative. Students could share educational discussions, friends could exchange interesting discoveries, Files, and people could collaborate on projects.
I believe these improvements could make ChatGPT more than an AI assistant: it could also become a platform for sharing knowledge and communicating with others.
