I’m a philosophy professor developing a course called Critical Thinking with AI for my university. The plan is that students will complete some assignments by engaging in structured conversations with specific custom GPTs. My plan was to have students follow instructions for each conversation, then send me a ShareGPT link to their interaction so I could review their progress directly.
But I recently discovered that ShareGPT doesn’t support linking to specific conversations within custom GPTs; it only opens a blank instance of the GPT. This limitation means I can’t track student conversations with my custom GPTs as I’d hoped, and it really restricts what I can do with ChatGPT in a classroom setting.
If ShareGPT could link directly to specific custom GPT conversations, it would open up a lot for teachers who want to use ChatGPT as an educational tool. Does anyone else feel this would be useful?
