Since Custom GPTs don’t currently have the ability to live update the knowledgebase contents stored within them, I’m keeping a master Google Drive repository of all of my Knowlege documents, and using Version control (eg. “V.1.1”) to know which document is inside of the custom GPT already, and which ones need to be added (the ones with the most recent refined knowledge).
The current problem I’m running into is the way the knowledge documents are displayed. The current method (showing an icon and partial document title) seems very enneficient.
Basically, I have no way I can see the full title of any document that is decently long, so I have no idea what version it is.
Example:
I currently see: “24Ts - AI - Graphic Sizin…”
What I’d like to see is:
“24Ts - AI - Graphic Sizing and Placement Guidelines - V.1”
If all document titles displayed in list view, or at minimum gave us hover over ability to see the full title name, then we’d better be able to know what documents are being stored currently, to replace them with new document knowledge.
