Feature Request: Bulk selection and deletion of ChatGPT conversations

I have been using ChatGPT for several years and have accumulated a large number of conversations. As the history grows, managing old chats individually becomes increasingly difficult.

I would like to suggest adding a bulk conversation management mode to ChatGPT.

Ideally, users could:

  • Select multiple conversations using checkboxes;
  • Select all conversations returned by a search or filter;
  • Filter conversations by date or date range;
  • Delete multiple selected conversations at once;
  • Archive multiple conversations at once;
  • Clearly review the selected conversations before confirming deletion.

For example, a user with several years of ChatGPT history could search or filter conversations from a specific period, select 30, 50, or 100 conversations that are no longer useful, and delete them in a single operation instead of opening the menu of every individual chat.

This would be especially useful for long-term subscribers/users who want to preserve important conversations while periodically cleaning up temporary or obsolete ones.

It would improve history organization, give users better control over their retained data, and make managing large ChatGPT histories significantly easier.

A simple implementation could be:

Search/History → Manage → Select conversations → Select All / individual selection → Archive or Delete → Confirmation

I believe this would be a valuable quality-of-life improvement for users with several years of conversation history.
