Feature request: allow disabling the confirmation prompt when closing Codex

When closing Codex, a dialog is shown asking whether we are sure we want to close it because any ongoing work will be interrupted. This dialog appears even when there is no work currently in progress.

The annoying part is that this dialog even interrupts system shutdown, which is quite frustrating. When you want to shut down your PC, the dialog gets in the way.
